Over 60 employees in public agencies throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara counties have successfully participated in MTEP since the program was launched in 2004, including:

  • a Public Communications Manager assigned as a Management Assistant to a Finance Director
  • a Lead Electrician assigned as a Compliance Manager
  • a Recreation Supervisor assigned as an Assistant to a City Manager
  • a Personnel Analyst assigned as a Community Services Analyst
  • an Assistant City Manager assigned as a County Administrative Services Manager
